ANGEL AGREEMENT
By signing up to become an Song-of-the-Month Member, I agree that this membership is for one person (or partnership/family) and that all membership benefits are for my personal use only (with the exception of CDs bought at the discounted rate which may be given as gifts), and I will not give away, trade, sell, or otherwise duplicate the song downloads I receive as part of this program.

I also agree to keep my membership login & password confidential and will not share or allow others to log in or otherwise access my membership benefits. I understand that my membership will be revoked if I violate these terms. I agree to these terms because I am a rock star supporter and because I want other people to get their own darn membership and support Ellis too!
